It is owned by Consensus Support Services Limited and is managed on their behalf by Rosemary Bullimore. We saw that documentation was in place that indicated that normal management activities had been taking place such as the development of care plans, the staffing of the home and safety was being monitored in the form of checks on the fire detection systems.
