What the care home does well
As stated above, the records required for the use of PRN medication are now in place. Since the last Inspection staffing levels have increased and the Manager now has more time to undertake her administrative duties. The Manager works one shift per week with the care staff which enables her to monitor staff whilst they are supporting residents to ensure that their needs are being met. Training has improved since the last Inspection. The Manager and staff told us that this now covers a range of subjects relevant to meeting the residents needs.
What the care home could do better:
During this visit we only looked at requirements that had been made during previous Inspections.
