Flarepath Limited is the registered provider. According to its Statement of Purpose the Home aims to provide a supportive and empowering environment for the service users. When operational there will be a good staff to service user ratio enabling active participation in a range of social, physical and therapeutic activities. The accommodation comprises five bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor; lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and the sixth bedroom on the ground floor. This service was dormant on the date we wrote this report. Dormant means that it is not providing a service to people. This is because it was: open for business but had no customers. We inspect services by using information from people who use the service. If there is no one using the service, we cannot do a full inspection and award a quality rating.
