What the care home does well
Staff assess residents` needs and use the results to produce care plans and risk assessments. One resident has a person centred plan; a document that he has produced with support. This sets out his needs, wishes and aspirations in a format that is accessible to him. Staff will complete these for all residents. Residents are offered a range of occupational and recreational activities. The food is varied and nutritious. A team of experienced and well-trained staff supports residents; the home is well managed.
What has improved since the last inspection?
