The staff and management of the home are welcoming to all visitors and this positive approach was commented on by all people spoken to about the service. During the inspection staff were seen to be interacting with residents engaging them in conversation and activity. Staff training is well promoted and recorded. The home manager has an approachable manner and both her and the homeowner have demonstrated that they want to respond positively and proactively to issues identified at this inspection.
