What the care home does well

.

What the care home could do better:

The Proprietor needs to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are provided to meet the needs of the residents. A new member of staff who is `shadowing` more experienced staff should not be counted as part of the staff rota. The Proprietor needs to ensure that accurate records are kept. The records relating to medication and residents care needs should be clear, accurate and easy for staff to understand.
