The home provides short and long term care and will provide a respite service and accept emergency admissions.

The home is located in the village of South Leverton, which has a shop, post office and pubs. There is public transport to the nearby town of Retford and the home has a vehicle to assist with transport. All of the homes bedrooms are single, and 6 of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Bedrooms are located on 2 floors. There is not a passenger or stair lift. The home has large gardens, including a pond and vegetable garden that are well maintained and easily accessible. There is car parking available for about 10 cars. This service was dormant on the date we wrote this report. Dormant means that it is not providing a service to people. This is because it was: closed for business, but does not want to cancel registration. We inspect services by using information from people who use the service.
