Care Homes for Older People Page 3 of 7 What we found: The Annual Quality Assurance Assessment document that was submitted prior to the Annual Service Review did not give us a clear picture of the way the service is being managed and more evidence would have been useful to illustrate what the service has done in the last year and how it is planning to improve. In light of this we were unable to make an accurate judgment about how the staff are meeting outcomes for service users. Over the past 12 months improvements and changes have been made to the service and the home continues to run well with minimal problems. Quality assurance checks continue to take place to ensure the service users best interests are promoted.
