This random inspection was carried out over two hours on the 15th June 2010 by one inspector. We spoke with the manager and two directors of the service and looked at some records. The manager is new and is in the process of completing their induction. We looked at information we have received since the last key inspection in June 2009. We did not receive a completed annual quality assurance assessment, although one director said they had sent it on 23rd March 2010.
