The service was inspected on the 12th of February 2008, at that time the service was dormant. The registered provider told us on the 27th of October 2008 that the service was still dormant. The registered provider told us that she was renting the property to private tenants until they had agreed placements with local authorities. During this site visit we met with the current tenants, they confirmed that the property is not operating as a care home and no other people living on the premises.
