There is a large garden to the rear and a parking area to the front. The Home is situated in the village of Kingsnorth, which is approximately 2.5miles from Ashford town centre. This service was dormant on the date we wrote this report. Dormant means that it is not providing a service to people. This is because the home is closed for major refurbishment and temporarily not providing a service. We inspect services by using information from people who use the service. If there is no one using the service, we can not do a full inspection and award a quality rating. Until people start using this service, we will follow our guidance on dormant services. This means we will do a random inspection every twelve months.
