What has improved since the last inspection?
The staff handbook that has been developed by the new director previously gives staff good clear information. Staff rotas indicate sufficient staff numbers. Replacement of furniture on the first floor and flooring to the ground floor and the complete refurbishment of one of the double bedrooms was noted. Although the requirements at this inspection have increased it should be noted that most standards were inspected on this occasion and this is a comprehensive report, which details all areas, which require actions to be taken.
