This inspection began at 9.45am and finished at 12.00 mid day. This was a random inspection to monitor if the home was still providing good outcomes for service users. There had also been a number of complaints received in relation to the noise levels of residents in the home, and an allegation with regard to the care practices in the home. This was referred and investigated under East Sussex Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Procedure. The outcome of the complaints and the Adult protection investigation was that service users receive a good level of care in the home and are not at risk.
