Horton Street is a purpose built residential care home registered to provide care and accommodation for 7 adults with sensory disabilities. The home is situated in an industrial area that is being regenerated. Its position is convenient for shops in the immediate vicinity, West Bromwich Centre, the Metro to Birmingham and Wolverhampton, Sandwell Valley and swimming in Halesowen. The service has its own transport and there is limited off-road parking to the side of the building. The home has 6 single bedrooms in the main body of the home. Each bedroom has an en-suite with toilet, basin and accessible shower. There is kitchen, lounge, dining room, laundry, 2 bathrooms (assisted bath is provided in the ground floor bathroom). There is also a self-contained accommodation for one person on the first floor. At the rear of the premises is a large rear garden with paved and lawn areas.
