What the care home does well The care plans contain detailed guidance for staff about how to meet residents needs. We looked at one care plan relating to skin care and this provided clear guidance for staff about the care that the resident needs with regard to this issue. There is also information about the involvement of the District Nurses in the care of the resident. Another of the care plans contains clear information to staff about how to meet a residents needs with regard to a specific behaviour. The daily records are being completed appropriately. At the previous Inspection two requirements were made with regard to medication. During this visit we checked compliance with these and found that they have both been met. Although it was not the purpose of our visit we did note the efforts that staff have made during the recent bad weather to arrive at work to ensure that the residents needs are met.
