Date of last inspection Brief description of the care home Thornton Manor is a three storey building that has been extended and adapted as a care home for older people and people with a physical disability. The second floor is used as office accommodation. The home is set in its own grounds in a rural location between Ellesmere Port and Chester. It is close to the motorway network but is not accessible by public transport. There is parking space to the front of the building and gardens to the front, side and rear. The purpose of the visit was to obtain further information about three people who are living at the home.
