This inspection was carried out on 20th February 2006.

The inspector made no statutory requirements on the home as a result of this inspection and there were no outstanding actions from the previous inspection report.

What the care home does well
Resident`s personal money records are being well maintained. The homes recruitment policies and procedures are carried out to a good standard. Care records are being generally well maintained.
What has improved since the last inspection?
Since the appointment of the homes Activities co-ordinator a range and diversity of activities and recreational events are taking place for both individual residents and groups.
What the care home could do better:
Maintaining statutory training records for staff in relation to in-house fire instruction, food hygiene, moving and handling.
