Communal areas are large and furnished in a domestic nature. There are gardens to the front, side and rear of property. The home is located within a short walk from the sea front and local amenities. This was a random inspection that took place on 28th September 2009 to assess compliance with three immediate requirements that were issued on 23rd September 2009. The inspection was carried out by Jo Griffiths and Anne Butts. The deputy manager was present throughout the inspection and the responsible individual from Macari homes Ltd was also present for part of the inspection.
