What the care home does well People are happy living at the home. They are given a good level of support and have their individual needs met. Care records which tell the staff about everyone`s needs are clear, detailed and very well laid out. The staff are happy working at the home, are well supported and trained. The manager knows the service well and is committed to improving things for people who live there. What has improved since the last inspection? All the requirements we made at the last inspection have been met. People have had their own personal achievements. There have been improvements to staff training, records and the environment. What the care home could do better: All the National Minimum Standards we assessed have been met or exceeded at this inspection. We have not made any requirements.
