Annual Service Review Page 3 of 5 Service update since the last key inspection or annual service review: What did we do for this annual service review? For this annual service review we looked our last key inspection report, we also looked at any issues which had arisen with the service since it was written. We studied the Annual Quality Assurance Assessment (AQAA) which the service provided for us. What has this told us about the service? The service was rated good at the last inspection. The above evidence indicated that the standard of the service has been maintained. The AQAA showed that the home has a variety of systems and structures in place to ensure the safety and well being of service users. It stated that the equality and diversity are supported in a variety of ways. The manager told us that he had undertaken a full review of policies and procedures this year. What are we going to do as a result of this annual service review? We will undertake a full key inspection of the service in about eleven months time.
