Annual Service Review Page 3 of 5 Service update since the last key inspection or annual service review: What did we do for this annual service review? We considered all the information that we had received, or asked for, since the last key inspection or annual service review. This included the annual quality assurance assessment (AQAA) that was sent to us by the service. The AQAA is a self-assessment that focuses on how well outcomes are being met for people using this service. It also gave us some numerical information about the service We considered any surveys returned to us by people using the service and from other people with an interest in the service. We considered information we have about how the service has managed any complaints and what the staff at the service had told us about things that had happened at the service. These are called notifications and are a legal requirement. We considered the previous key inspection and the results of any other visits that we have made to the service in the last 12 months. We also considered any other relevant information from other organisations and what other people have told us about the service. What has this told us about the service? Staff at the service sent us their annual quality assurance assessment (AQAA) when we asked for it. It was clear and gave us all the information we asked for. We looked at the information in the AQAA and based on that information our judgement is that this service is still providing positive outcomes for people living there. The Manager and Registered provider know what further improvements they need to make, in order to further enhance the outcomes for people. These included The records held by Commission also show that since the last inspection, we have not received any complaints about this service The information supplied to the Commission within the services AQAA indicates that the manager and staff deal with complaints in the correct manner. The manager and Registered Provider at the home continue to work well with us and have shown us that their service continues to provide positive outcomes for the people who use it. What are we going to do as a result of this annual service review? Based on the limited information held by the Commission about this service, we have decided not to change our inspection plan. It is our intention to undertake a key inspection by However we can inspect the service at any time if we have concerns about the quality of the service or the safety of the people using the service.
