Service users to include up to 3 LD The service must employ a suitably qualified and experienced manager who is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection. 26th June 2006 Date of last inspection Brief Description of the Service: 49, Dinorwic Road is a semi detached, converted property, which is located close to the amenities of Birkdale village shops, pubs and cafes. Public transport is available for access. The home is presently registered as a Home for life’ and can accommodate up to three residents. The service is not operating at present and there are no residents accommodated. The service remains registered for three young adults. The future plans for the service is to provide accommodation for three students attending the Arden College educational programme. The provider is Speciality Care (REIT) Homes Ltd. A site visit was unable to take place, as the service had no residents accommodated. The previous residents had moved onto to alternative accommodation more suitable to meet their needs. The future plans of the service are to provided accommodation for three students attending the Arden College educational programme.
