The inspector found there to be outstanding requirements from the previous inspection report but made no statutory requirements on the home.

This service provides a clean and homely environment for service users. The proprietor and staff are described as kind by service users and relatives.
What has improved since the last inspection?
The job application form has been reviewed and updated. A range of maintenance issues identified at previous inspections has been addressed. A new format for recording important information about service users has been implemented.
What the care home could do better:
Ensure that service users are treated with respect at all times. Ensure that health care needs are identified and addressed. Ensure that care plans accurately reflect individual needs. Identified maintenance issues should be addressed promptly. Health and safety procedures should be observed at all times.
