What the care home does well

The staff help the residents to go out and enjoy all the things that are happening locally. They make sure that the residents can do the things that they choose and really like to do. The home works very hard to make sure that residents make as many decisions for themselves and that their ideas are listened to and acted upon. The staff are very good at making sure that they help residents with their personal care in the way that they need and prefer.

What has improved since the last inspection?

The residents do more activities and use a lot of different places to make sure that they can have as much choice as possible. Staff can do plenty of training to make sure that they can give good care to the residents.

What the care home could do better:

The home looks after the residents needs very well. No requirements or recommendations were made.
