This inspection was carried out to check staffing levels and whether previous requirements have been addressed. An inspector visited the home unannounced on 10th November 2009 and spent time talking to the management and other staff, and people living at the home to get their views. Relevant records were also examined. We found that: The home has a new medication storage cupboard and an additional medication trolley. There are clear arrangements for new staff to be checked and vetted before starting work. A system is in place for staff to be provided with fire instructions at the correct intervals.
