Date of this annual service review 11/06/2009 The Quality rating for this home is 2 Star Good The rating was made on 16/06/2008 Date of last key inspection 16/06/2008 We looked at all the information that we have received, or asked for, since the last key inspection of the home. This included: The annual quality assurance assessment (AQAA) that was sent to us by the service. The AQAA is a self-assessment that focuses on how well outcomes are being met for people using the service. It also gave us some numerical information about the service. Information we have about how the service has managed any complaints. The manager completed the annual quality assurance assessment by the agreed date. It gave clear and good information about the service and provided evidence that they value the views of people who use the service. The AQAA told us what changes they have made as a result of listening to people within the home, what improvements they have made and highlighted the areas they were planning to improve on.
