The home is situated in large grounds, which are accessible to people in wheelchairs and those with limited mobility. Accommodation is on two levels. There is a lift to facilitate people getting between the 1st floor bedrooms and the communal rooms, which are located on the ground floor. This is because it was open for business, but had no customers. We inspect services by using information from people who use the service. If there is noone using the service, we cannot do a full inspection and award a quality rating. Until people start using this service, we will follow our guidance on dormant services. This means we will do a random inspection every twelve months.
